Mayor Marcy Leads Footwear Tech Tools Turn-Over
This is the article from the San Roque National High School's paper The Roche' about Marikina Shoe Industry's machines, tool and tables turn-over to SRNHS for their new laboratory classrooms. This turn-over has been possible with the blessings of Mayor Marcy to allow MASIDO to donate its footwear making equipment to the K12 Footwear Tech Class.

MASIDO's most important objective is Footwear Education Development and to make Marikina the center for footwear education and certification in the Philippines.
With this objective in mind, Mr. Noel Box has been in collaboration with the DepEd Marikina Division since 2014.
In 2016, Marikina Polytechnic College or MPC started collaborating with MASIDO for the development of their Footwear Engineering course, and lately, MASIDO is assisting the Pamantasang Lungsod ng Marikina or PLMAR is to develop their own footwear course under their Business Administration degree.
PLMAR is agressively pushing for its opening this coming June 2018 under Mayor Marcy's directive.
